As Lead Product Designer, you will own complex platform problems from discovery through iteration. You will partner with product managers, engineers, client success, and sales to clarify direction. The work includes AI-driven tools, scalable experiences, and thoughtful interaction patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design from research through delivery and iteration
• Shape clear direction from ambiguous business problems
• Design data-dense workflows for underwriters
• Define confidence, sources, and control in AI experiences
• Establish scalable patterns across expanding workflows

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years designing digital products
• Experience with B2B, data-rich, or productivity tools
• Experience designing AI-driven tools
• Strong portfolio simplifying complexity through thoughtful interfaces
• Systems thinking and design system experience
