Lead AI Solution Architect – Customer

As Lead AI Solution Architect, you will own end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions for customers, guiding architecture and technical leadership from concept to production. You will shape AI platforms that integrate with enterprise systems and deliver measurable business value. You’ll collaborate with product owners, designers and business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, focusing on scalable, secure, and responsible AI. • Design end-to-end architectures for AI, generative AI and advanced analytics across the customer lifecycle
• Define scalable and secure technical architectures aligned to business objectives
• Lead design of AI platforms and applications integrating with CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM and cloud data platforms
• Make key architectural decisions on technology selection, integration, security, governance and performance
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams from concept to production deployment and optimisation
• Ensure solutions meet responsible AI, security, privacy and regulatory requirements with governance controls
• Establish technical standards and coach teams within the AI & Modelling Craft
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support business development by shaping approaches, proposals, estimates and technical roadmaps

• Production GenAI experience and delivering GenAI/LLM-based solutions at scale
• Customer domain expertise in growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service
• Modern AI architecture expertise (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems) for enterprise deployment
• Strong software engineering, data architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Enterprise data experience including data modelling, ingestion pipelines, governance and security
• Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams and delivery accountability
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills for technical and business audiences
