This position combines deep expertise in analytics with a strong emphasis on mentoring and evolving team skills for impactful results.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of decision science and data science teams • Own and refine MAU driver models and forecasts • Direct exploratory work enhancing MAU strategy • Define analysis standards and review processes • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Revenue leaders
Requirements: • 10+ years in analytics or decision science • 5+ years in senior leadership roles • Strong skills in SQL, Python or R • Extensive experience in engagement and retention analytics • Familiarity with AI tools and Databricks
