You will guide architecture, governance, quality, tooling, and developer experience while connecting investments to company priorities. The work supports Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Research, and other business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Analytics Engineering foundations, standards, and development practices
• Build canonical datasets, shared metrics, and semantic layers
• Design quality, observability, lineage, and evaluation systems
• Guide technical decisions and communicate tradeoffs to senior leaders
• Develop AI agents and analytical tools for company workflows

Requirements:

• 10+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related disciplines
• Depth building governed canonical models and semantic layers
• Advanced SQL and modern data stack production experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through production adoption
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
