Lead Analytics Engineer, People Data Foundations

Cleo in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer on a six-month contract to design and own the data foundations for People Analytics.

You will partner with Security, Privacy, Finance and the People team to build trusted datasets from Ashby and HiBob, implement data contracts, governance, and an audit layer.

This role demands independent decision-making, strong SQL/dbt skills, and the ability to hand over a maintainable domain after the contract ends.
