In this Lead ASP.NET MVC Developer role, you will steer a high-profile fintech team on greenfield and cloud initiatives. You’ll design solutions for a trading platform and bank APIs, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape architecture and delivery. You’ll drive quality and performance across large projects while mentoring engineers. This is a hands-on, highly technical role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values thoughtful decision-making and impact.

- Lead and motivate a team of developers and manage line reporting
- Provide architecture leadership and design for large-scale projects
- Oversee Change Catalogue planning and team resource alignment
- Manage the Development Team Service Desk and ensure SLAs
- Lead the delivery and QA of robust custom applications
- Oversee SQL database design and development
- Conduct code reviews and debugging
- Drive SQL/Database related initiatives and performance improvements
- Engage with senior stakeholders to capture requirements and manage expectations
- Ensure end-to-end delivery from design through testing and handover
- Five+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of database architecture and Microsoft SQL
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript frameworks, AJAX, jQuery, CSS, XML
- Experience with product lifecycle including system analysis, design documentation, testing and release
- Strong people management and leadership
