Lead Automotive Control Software Engineer

TAE Power Solutions is seeking a software engineer to lead the development of Inverter and Motor Control, BMS, and Charging applications. You will guide junior engineers, help estimate and plan projects, and interface directly with customers and suppliers across TPS.

The role emphasizes architectural design, model-based development, and on-site support for prototype builds. We value five-plus years in automotive control systems, strong MATLAB/Simulink experience, CAN tools expertise, and
