Lead AV Engineer

As an AV Lead Engineer at Presidio, you will own the delivery of world-class audiovisual and collaboration solutions for enterprise clients across the UK. You’ll lead deployment, commissioning, and on-site support while mentoring engineering teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes. Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to implement high-quality AV environments that enable modern, collaborative workplaces. This role offers impact through hands-on technical leadership and shaping cutting-edge AV deployments at scale.

• Assist Project Managers & Site Manager with overall installation of systems on large projects, on- and off-site
• Assemble and wire AV systems per design drawings and cable schedules
• Configure and test systems before leaving the workshop
• Mount and install AV equipment (projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, control systems) as required
• Configure equipment settings and connections
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Provide on-site technical operation services and assist with on-site system maintenance
• Ensure health & safety policies are followed
