This full-time hybrid Lead DevOps Engineer role guides enterprise platform engineering across BMO Financial Group. You will design AWS solutions, strengthen Jenkins pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code, and support containerized environments. The work also advances cloud migration, microservices adoption, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve enterprise DevOps platforms and engineering standards
  • Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS cloud solutions
  • Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automation frameworks
  • Manage Docker and AWS containerized environments
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and engineering guidance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in DevOps, cloud, platform, or reliability engineering
  • 3+ years in technical leadership or lead engineering
  • Large-scale AWS environment design and support experience
  • Enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks experience
  • Agile software development experience
