The Lead Cloud Solution Architect provides enterprise technical leadership for cloud strategy, standards, and complex implementations. You will guide Azure and hybrid environments, support compliant adoption, and align architecture with long-term business outcomes. The work connects business and technology leaders across a regulated healthcare enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business units on enterprise-aligned cloud adoption strategies
• Define Azure and hybrid reference architectures and design standards
• Shape cloud security guardrails and governance models
• Guide large-scale migrations and cloud onboarding initiatives
• Mentor architects and engineers through enablement efforts

Requirements:

• Recognized cloud architecture expertise in regulated enterprises
• Deep Microsoft Azure expertise; AWS or Google Cloud preferred
• Experience with microservices and Terraform or ARM templates
• Ability to influence decisions across teams and stakeholders
• Degree or equivalent and typically ten years of experience
