Lead Backend Engineer, Search & Discovery (Remote)

Affim is building a new team to own discovery, search, and related customer experiences in its advertising platform. The role focuses on setting technical strategy, guiding large-scale backend systems, and coordinating with product, design, and analytics to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

You will own operational readiness, writing clean code, and shaping engineering culture through design standards and mentoring. A strong background in Python, Kotlin, and distributed systems is essential.
