Lead Blender Animator — Hybrid/Remote

Blue Zoo Production in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Blender Animation Team Lead to manage a team of animators and deliver characterful performances within production deadlines. You will interpret director briefs, mentor teammates, and push the boundaries of TV animation using Blender.

The role requires strong Blender expertise, deep knowledge of body mechanics, and hands-on experience with capture workflows, lip-sync, and bespoke tooling. Hybrid/remote options may be discussed.
