Lead Business Analyst

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will partner with the Head of Core Product to translate priorities into actionable requirements and deliverable plans for Moneybox’s Core domain. You’ll own analysis of back-end systems, regulatory processes, and third-party integrations, shaping how the platform supports compliance, onboarding, and the wider business architecture. You will work with SLT/ExCo and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguity into clear, auditable changes that drive business outcomes. This role offers autonomy in a scale-up environment with meaningful impact on product and operations.

• Translate priorities into clear requirements, options, and process changes for Core domain
• Advise on platform and operational aspects of change (back-end systems, workflows)
• Elicit and document requirements from Leadership, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering
• Map current-state processes and design future-state options with trade-offs
• Produce audit-grade documentation for regulated processes
• Build strong cross-team relationships and escalate when needed
• Support delivery teams during implementation and adapt plans as information evolves

• 8+ years of BA experience in multiple organisations/delivery contexts
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services or equivalent)
• Autonomous, able to handle ambiguity and prioritise independently
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with Product
• Experience producing clear, audit-appropriate documentation
