Overview

In this role you lead the design and implementation of core applications, building APIs and microservices while ensuring secure, reliable server environments. You work hands-on with architecture and system design, mentor colleagues, and drive best practices across the team. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and provide technical feasibility guidance. This is a scale-up fintech environment where your technical leadership accelerates delivery and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement core application logic, APIs, and microservices
  • Oversee infrastructure and server environments for reliability and security
  • Gather requirements with internal teams and customers to inform the product roadmap
  • Contribute to architecture and design decisions while remaining hands-on
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and remove blockers to deliver high-quality software
Key requirements
  • Minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills
  • Expertise with modern C# .Net Core; Python helpful; other OO languages (C++, Java) considered
  • Experience across full software development lifecycle and in distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, design patterns, and algorithms
  • Motivation to shape and influence a scaling fintech product
