Lead C# Developer .Net - FinTech

In this leadership-focused, hands-on role you will steer three Agile teams to evolve a flagship desktop insurance platform at a global Fintech. You will architect, design and deliver features while upholding security, reliability and performance, partnering with Product Owners and other teams. This position blends technical ownership with cross-team collaboration in a dynamic, value-driven environment. • Lead three Agile teams (~10 engineers) to deliver features on the flagship desktop platform
• Architect, design and develop new features with focus on security, reliability, maintainability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams, contributing to design decisions and technical ownership
• Drive architectural choices in an Agile, collaborative environment
• Work on a high-scale desktop insurance platform handling billions of requests per month
• Participate in hybrid office/remote model with regular team and stakeholder engagements

• C# .Net Core backend development experience on large, scalable systems
• Strong technical leadership with ownership of features
• Collaborative, pragmatic mindset with ability to influence senior engineers
• Advocate for clean, reusable, maintainable code and MS software engineering best practices
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, patterns, algorithms)
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Understanding of Azure, SaaS, PaaS, microservices
• Degree in a relevant STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science)
