Your impact

Maintain and support OpenText SaaS client environments for PPM across the product lifecycle, including troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, and release-related work.

What you’ll do

• Maintain existing instances and configure monitoring.
• Troubleshoot performance and functional issues across web application, infrastructure, and database components.
• Perform patch and major upgrades, client migrations, and other SaaS support tasks.
• Establish work environments and investigate application and environment failures.
• Coordinate with DBAs, network administrators, application consultants, client managers, and clients.
• Document repeatable demand activities and support Tier 2 Support and onboarding teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff, and share feedback with Product Marketing and R&D.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Over 7 years of experience in a similar role and strong experience administering PPM across platforms and installations.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed web applications and supporting lengthy upgrades.
• Technical expertise in networking, databases, AWS, Linux, Oracle or PostgreSQL, and containerization.
• Automation experience with Jenkins, Python, Ansible, and Bash. ITIL certification is an advantage.

Compensation

Salary range: $98,080–$147,120 per year. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and internal and external market factors.
