Lead Compute Architect for AI Hardware & Silicon

Fractile is building silicon, systems and software to redefine the frontier of AI. As Processor Architect, you will define and drive the architecture of our core compute engines, ISA definitions and on‑chip interconnects.

You’ll work closely with design, verification and software teams to translate architectural intent into high‑performance silicon, with hands‑on performance modelling and validation. Fractile operates from London and Bristol, fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture where
