Lead Configuration & Change Manager - Defence Programs

Leonardo UK Ltd in Luton is seeking an experienced Lead Configuration and Change Manager to oversee CM across defence programmes in EW and FCA lines. You will lead the CM team, ensure baselines, governance, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.

You will coordinate with IPTs, manage CIs, baselines, FPFS, CCBs, CPAs; contribute to KPI reporting, strategy, and continuous improvement while handling classified information.
