Lead Content Migration Strategist

Lead Sitecore content migration strategy for EPAM’s transformation work, shaping content assessment and AI-ready frameworks. This contract role supports future-state digital experiences.

As Lead Content Strategist, you will guide large-scale Sitecore XP to Sitecore AI migration planning. The work combines content strategy, inventory rationalization, information architecture, metadata standards, and stakeholder alignment. You will partner with design vendors and client teams to prepare scalable content experiences for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own content assessment, inventory analysis, and rationalization planning
• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs
• Partner with design vendors on page types and edge cases
• Define reusable content types and metadata standards
• Develop sequencing and cutover readiness plans

Requirements:

• Proven CMS migration and migration planning experience
• Strong content strategy and inventory rationalization background
• Experience mapping systems to future-state architectures
• Client-facing stakeholder alignment and discussion skills
• Sitecore or other CMS migration experience required
