Lead Controls Software Manager (Hands-On)

Six Ventures Ltd is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of industrial control software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development and project delivery.

You will manage project engineers across automation projects, set engineering standards, mentor staff, guide resource planning with MD, and take responsibility for selected projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring best practices and on-time performance.
