Position Purpose:


The Analyst supports the Faculty Affairs Office and the Faculty and Learner Hub for Wellness, Inclusion, and Professionalism by collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to the learning environment, learner wellness, professionalism, EDI initiatives, and academic appointments and promotions across all Faculty departments and divisions. This includes metrics on learning environment surveys, wellness indicators, accommodation types and durations, leave types, and professionalism concerns across programs, divisions, and departments


Specific Accountabilities


Data Interpretation and Presentation


Collects, analyzes, and creates reports on learning environment data; develops dashboards and summarizes trends across programs, divisions, and departments. Tracks and analyzes wellness indicators including accommodations, leave patterns, and related trends. Supports tracking, categorization, and reporting of professionalism concerns while maintaining confidential records.


Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement


Supports continuous quality improvement (CQI) cycles by contributing to the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at enhancing programs, services, and processes. Develops and maintains systems for performance measurement, including the identification of key indicators, data collection methods, and analysis frameworks. Prepares clear, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision ‑ making, accountability, and strategic planning . Responsible for high accuracy of datasets, analysis logs, and research documentation in accordance with institutional research protocols, ethics approval requirements, funding agency standards, and applicable data governance and privacy regulations.


Data Management, Reporting, and Systems


Creates and maintains specialized databases, designs dashboards, and ensures data integrity. Designs and develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership. Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through the application of data governance practices, quality assurance processes, and regular validation .


Accreditation


Supports the accreditation activities of the Faculty of Medicine's academic programs by : coordinating evidence collection, monitoring compliance with accreditation standards and elements, facilitating continuous quality improvement initiatives, managing accreditation-related policies and processes, preparing institutional reports and documentation, and collaborating with academic leaders, departments, and administrative units to ensure ongoing adherence to program-specific accreditation requirements and successful accreditation outcomes.


Project coordination


Provides project management support for initiatives, including planning, implementation, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and change management activities.


Stakeholder Collaboration


Works closely with Department Chairs, Program Directors, clinical partners, and Faculty Affairs leadership to support academic, clinical, and strategic priorities. Supports communication and collaboration across stakeholder groups by helping to coordinate initiatives, gathering information, and sharing updates.


Knowledge, Experience , Competencies, and Skills:


Essential Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Education, Public Health, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • A minimum of 4years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or evaluation roles


Other Skills and Competencies:



  • Knowledge of accreditation standards, regulations, and policies as well as other sources of information in order to be able to make decisions on data collection.

  • Strong statistical and analytical skills

  • A bility to design dashboards and reports.

  • Excell
