Overview
As Lead Data Analyst you guide a specialist team to assess performance, reliability and effectiveness of complex Defence systems. You will lead analysis activities, mentor colleagues and present insights to stakeholders in a high-security, technical environment. This role blends leadership with deep data analysis to inform critical decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will work onsite in Wiltshire, contributing to secure, mission-critical outcomes.

- eligible to work in the UK
- UK National, willing to undergo and maintain UK Government Security Clearance
