Lead Data Analyst

As Lead Data Analyst you guide a specialist team to assess performance, reliability and effectiveness of complex Defence systems. You will lead analysis activities, mentor colleagues and present insights to stakeholders in a high-security, technical environment. This role blends leadership with deep data analysis to inform critical decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will work onsite in Wiltshire, contributing to secure, mission-critical outcomes.

• strong leadership, teamwork and organisational skills
• minimum five years of system analysis experience

• good understanding of system performance and statistical analysis
• experience using data in a team environment to support decision-making
• strong written, verbal and presentational communication
• eligible to work in the UK
• UK National, willing to undergo and maintain UK Government Security Clearance
