Lead Data Architect

In this role you shape data architecture strategy for enterprise-scale engagements, aligning data initiatives with business and technology goals. You will lead client engagements, guide architecture frameworks, and define governance models to enable data-driven decision making across industries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions and contribute to practice development and pre-sales. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy role with impact across multiple sectors and regions, offering opportunities to influence data maturity at scale.

• Drive go-to-market propositions and data architecture services
• Support pre-sales activities and client partnerships
• Lead complex client engagements and act as go-to practitioner in Data Architecture
• Define end-to-end Data Architectures and governance frameworks
• Lead and develop architecture teams across locations
• Bridge Business, Technology and Data architectures for client projects
• Keep the Data Architecture knowledge up to date and share with the practice

• 8+ years of data architecture experience with enterprise-scale delivery
• Cloud-native architecture expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, data lakes, real-time streaming, IaC
• End-to-end data lifecycle mastery including governance and security
• Ability to translate data strategy to business objectives and communicate with stakeholders
• Presales and business development experience with client-facing activities
