In this role you will be the trusted lead for enterprise data architecture, shaping go-to-market propositions and delivering end-to-end data architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will mentor cross-functional architecture teams and align data, technology, and business objectives to drive strategic outcomes. You will engage clients across multiple sectors to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, while staying ahead of emerging practices. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence data-driven transformation within a leading consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Shape go-to-market propositions and services in Data Architecture
  • Support client partners and practice leads with pre-sales activities
  • Deliver end-to-end Data Architecture projects across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Define, develop, and manage data models and frameworks
  • Lead and mentor architecture teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources
  • Align business, technology, and data architectures to deliver strategic outcomes
  • Engage directly with clients across multiple sectors
  • Stay current with emerging Data Architecture practices and share knowledge within the community
Key requirements
  • Proven expertise in defining and managing enterprise data architectures in large, complex organisations
  • Strong background in data modelling and reference data architectures
  • Proficiency with Sparx, Erwin, and Archi
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate architectural visions and uphold consulting values
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering consulting-led sales and supporting pre-sales activities
  • Industry expertise across telecoms, media, banking, insurance, public sector, manufacturing, automotive, retail, or energy & utilities
  • Hands-on knowledge of relational and dimensional data modelling
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Information Technology (preferred)
