Overview

As Lead Enterprise Data Architect, you guide data architecture strategy and governance for client engagements across multiple sectors. You will shape end-to-end architectures and operating models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals. You’ll lead architecture teams, drive go-to-market propositions, and support pre-sales while maintaining a technology-agnostic stance. This role offers the chance to influence large-scale data solutions and contribute to a data-driven, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities
  • Input into go-to-market propositions and services in Data Architecture
  • Support client partners and practice leads in pre-sales activities
  • Lead complex client engagements and deliver Data Architecture projects
  • Act as go-to practitioner delivering Data Architecture engagements
  • Define end-to-end Data Architectures and governance models
  • Lead and develop architecture teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Shaping Data Architecture engagements and ensuring up-to-date knowledge sharing across practice
  • Stay current with evolving Data Architectures and disseminate insights to the team
Key requirements
  • 8+ years data architecture experience with enterprise-scale delivery across multiple sectors
  • Cloud-native architecture experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, data lakes, real-time streaming, and IaC
  • End-to-end data lifecycle mastery (ingestion to consumption, governance, security, batch/real-time)
  • Ability to translate data strategy into business objectives and communicate with stakeholders
  • Presales and business development experience supporting opportunity qualification and proposals
