Requirements

  • We are looking for proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments.
  • We need strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools across cloud platforms.
  • We require a deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks.
  • We value experience mentoring others and helping team members grow.
  • We are looking for strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to shape solutions from ambiguity.
  • We want curiosity and a passion for turning data into meaningful business value.
  • Advantageous: experience with AWS Redshift, dbt, and Databricks.
  • Advantageous: experience with AI, machine learning tooling, data preparation, orchestration, and cataloguing.

Responsibilities

  • We design and deliver complex data pipelines and data models at scale.
  • We guide technical direction across data engineering projects.
  • We mentor and manage junior engineers, supporting their growth and performance.
  • We collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into impactful data solutions.
  • We drive development of our data platform, including AI/ML-ready architecture.
  • We establish best practices across data governance, quality, and security.
