Overview
As Lead Data Engineer in a fast-growing AI SaaS company, you shape and scale the Data Engineering function while staying hands-on with core technology. You’ll build scalable data platforms, establish engineering standards, and mentor a team as the role evolves toward broader Data Engineering leadership. You’ll collaborate with AI engineers to productionise ML solutions and explore AI-driven productivity improvements. This is a hands-on leadership position with impact on product quality, delivery, and engineering culture.
