Lead Data Engineer — Scale a Real Data Platform

Simmer in the UK is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to take technical ownership of its data platform. You’ll work hands-on on the existing Fabric lakehouse, dbt models and the warehouse layer powering reporting and applications across the business.

You’ll improve pipelines, models and data governance, set modelling standards, and collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure reliable, trustworthy metrics as the company scales.
