In this role you will provide analytical leadership to major programmes within the NHS West Yorkshire system, shaping insight and guiding analysts to inform senior decision makers. You will design advanced analytical tools and high-impact dashboards, delivering timely data products for health and social care partners. You’ll lead complex, programme-wide analyses, model system behaviour, and translate findings into actionable insights to drive improvements and reduce health inequalities. Responsibilities- Design, develop and embed advanced analytical tools and dashboards
- Lead complex programme-wide analytics and measure impact with KPIs
- Turn data into actionable insights for NHS, local authorities and third sector
- Mentor and guide analytical colleagues and advise programme managers
- Shape data capture and data flows to support health and social care priorities
- Drive innovation in analytical approaches to improve services and reduce inequalities
- Analytical tools knowledge: statistical techniques, forecasting, modelling, simulation, benchmarking
- Expert user of SQL, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
- Designing and embedding dashboards, scorecards and KPIs in health and social care
- Knowledge of NHS systems and data flows
