Lead Data Platform Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)

James Fisher & Sons is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the data platform and data products from a home-based hybrid setup in the UK. You will drive design, delivery, and governance of scalable, secure data solutions that empower operational and strategic insights across the business.

You will mentor a small data engineering team, translate business priorities into technical roadmaps, and ensure long-term integrity of the data platform while collaborating with product owners and
