Lead Data Scientist

The Role

You will be the Lead Data Scientist, owning end-to-end delivery of modelling solutions across lending and customer decisioning.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and improving credit risk models
• Building and maintaining predictive models using credit bureau and alternative data
• Enhancing recommendation and decisioning models
• Designing and deploying LLM-powered and agentic workflows
• Partnering with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver models into production
• Identifying new opportunities to apply data science across the business

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience delivering predictive models from development through to production
• Experience in credit risk, decisioning, lending, fraud, recommendation systems, or related areas
• Hands-on Python and SQL expertise
• Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or generative AI solutions
• Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to modern data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake
