Lead Data Scientist - Telematics

ZEGO

London · Greater London · United Kingdom

Overview

In this Senior Data Scientist role, you shape how millions of trips are converted into risk signals from raw, high-frequency sensor data. You own behavioural features and detection algorithms from idea to production, merging data science with engineering. You balance quick heuristics with scalable ML models, shipping code that runs in production rather than notebooks. You collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and actuaries to drive pricing that reflects driving behavior. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with a clear path to influence pricing and risk assessment at scale.

Pay / Benefits
  • market-competitive salary
  • private medical insurance
  • company share options
  • generous holiday allowance
  • wellbeing benefits
  • annual flexible hybrid working contribution
