We are seeking an experienced
Lead Data Solution Engineer
to architect and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions supporting HR processes. The role combines hands-on data engineering, architecture, modeling, technical leadership, and strategic collaboration to build secure, scalable, and governed HR data platforms. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise data models, processes, and systems aligned with business requirements Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex data engineering initiatives Lead end-to-end design and implementation of HR data solutions Develop scalable solutions across hybrid cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and On-Premises Define and govern enterprise data architecture standards and relational database designs Manage metadata and data architecture for HR domains Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using OpenShift, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Spark Integrate HR data across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related systems Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices for automated deployments and high availability Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams Apply AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced analytics to enhance HR data capabilities Drive innovation and continuous improvement across enterprise data platforms Required Qualifications
Strong experience in data engineering, data architecture, and data modeling Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data integration Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Spark, and OpenShift Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and On-Premises environments Experience with relational databases and enterprise data models Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, privacy, and compliance Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with HR data domains is highly preferred Knowledge of AI/LLM and advanced analytics Key Skills
