Lead Debt Recovery Performance Analyst

In this role you drive continuous improvement of debt recovery strategies within a high-performing analytics team. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to shape performance, automate processes, and deliver insightful MI that informs strategy and revenue opportunities. You’ll own portfolio oversight, data integrity, and the test-and-learn agenda to optimise liquidation and collections at scale. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role shaping outcomes in the debt recovery space within Equifax.

• Devise and execute superior portfolio strategies to optimise liquidation and collections
• Act as main point of contact for clients and internal partners to communicate performance and influence objectives
• Oversee performance of client portfolios across arrears and insolvencies
• Identify and implement automated process improvements and validate product developments
• Develop and deliver Management Information (MI) for stakeholders highlighting opportunities
• Support forecasting and identify revenue opportunities through portfolio deep dives
• Provide analytical support to Relationship and Operational teams to ensure exceptional service
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling data from multiple sources

• Analytical expertise with rigorous problem-solving
• Proven experience in a high-performing Collections or Recoveries environment
• Advanced data manipulation skills and experience with SQL
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels
• Track record of delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
