Lead Deployment Architect

As Lead Deployment Architect - AI, you drive the design and delivery of Celonis solutions for strategic accounts, shaping end-to-end architectures and AI-augmented workflows at scale. You bridge pre-sales and post-sales, setting standards and guiding multi-workstream deployments. Your role blends platform mastery, domain knowledge, and executive-level advisory to realize measurable customer outcomes. • Define end-to-end Celonis solution architectures across complex deployments
• Scope services in pre-sales aligned with solution architecture
• Design technical blueprints for platform integration, data strategy, and transformation goals
• Make architectural trade-offs with clear rationale for customer outcomes
• Own solution quality and delivery standards across engagements
• Design AI deployment workflows and agent orchestration patterns
• Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns for Deployment Engineers
• Provide senior technical advisory to strategic customers and validate feasibility in complex deals
• Guide customers through Process Intelligence maturity and platform expansion
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for feedback and roadmap influence
• Lead design reviews and ensure production readiness of critical use cases
• Drive delivery patterns and raise the bar for the practice
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development
• Maintain deep domain knowledge in at least one process domain or industry vertical
• Contribute to hiring and enablement initiatives
• Ensure alignment between pre-sales promises and delivered solutions

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership in enterprise software or SI firms
• 3+ years in senior/lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI
• Expert-level Celonis platform knowledge (Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, PQL, automation/orchestration, AI modules) and working Python knowledge
• Experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows and multi-agent system design; capability to define AI usage
• Deep domain knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical
• Strong executive presence and ability to present strategies to VP/C-level stakeholders
• Excellent consulting and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and strategic reviews
• Leadership and mentoring experience; ability to raise team performance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
