Dynamics 365 / AX FinOps - Lead Developer | Up to £75,000

£65,000-£75,000 + Benefits Permanent - Derbyshire UK - Hybrid

We're working with an established organisation investing in its Microsoft Dynamics environment and looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Lead Developer to take a key role in its ongoing technical development and financial platform modernisation.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys remaining hands‑on but also wants ownership of technical direction, architecture and development standards.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands‑on Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX development experience, including X++
• Experience leading development and contributing to technical architecture
• Knowledge of Azure integrations, APIs, Dataverse and Power Platform
• Ability to review technical solutions, improve standards and oversee external development partners
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and business stakeholders

The Opportunity:

You'll play a central role in improving and developing a business-critical ERP platform, working across internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

Flexible working arrangements are available, typically 1-2 days per week in the Derby office, with remote working considered for the right person.
