As a Lead Developer at If, you will blend hands-on software development with technical leadership within a cross-functional Scrum team. Your role will involve guiding implementation decisions and ensuring solutions meet business and customer needs. You will manage full software lifecycle tasks alongside maintaining critical ASP.NET Framework applications.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in solution design, development, and testing • Guide technical analysis and implementation decisions • Maintain and enhance modern web and cloud applications • Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues • Promote best practices in software delivery and Agile methodologies
Requirements: • Strong experience with .NET/C#, React, and Next.js • Proficient in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages • Experience in Agile software development • Comfortable working in English; Nordic language knowledge a plus
