Lead Developer (Salesforce)

Ofgem is on an ambitious transformation journey. Within the Digital, Data and Security Services (DDSS) directorate, we are delivering a broad portfolio of digital, data and AI initiatives. A key component of this is the Salesforce Centre of Enablement (CoE), which drives the development of Salesforce-based services that modernise business processes and improve data quality and service delivery.

As a Lead Developer (Salesforce) , you will play a critical role in shaping the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across Ofgem. You will provide hands‑on leadership to development teams, setting standards, guiding design decisions and ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure and scalable applications. You will work closely with architects, product managers and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while fostering a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

This is a senior technical role requiring deep Salesforce expertise, strong engineering leadership and the ability to operate across complex delivery environments.
