In this role, you will lead and mentor a small development team while delivering multiple complex fintech initiatives. You will balance hands-on coding with people management to drive design, estimation, and delivery from concept to release. You’ll collaborate with product managers and analysts to shape roadmaps and improve delivery processes. - Line management and personal development of a developers team
- Manage delivery of multiple complex product initiatives from design to release
- Collaborate with product managers, project managers and analysts to produce delivery estimates
- Define project delivery phases with activities and milestones and maintain logs and reporting
- Participate in reviews and meetings, suggesting process improvements
- Oversee operation of the client technical support desk
- Contribute to departmental and systems strategies
- Undertake small analysis consultancy projects
- Hands-on coding ability in C#
- Mentoring and leading a team
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in architecture and analysis techniques and process improvement
- Experience with C#, .NET and Azure
- Experience with full application lifecycle management and/or project delivery (Agile SCRUM or Waterfall)
- Exposure to ALM tools such as Team Foundation Server, TeamCity, Beanstalk, and Git
