Overview
In this role you lead iOS DevOps across multiple teams, driving automation and CI/CD excellence to deliver high-quality features. You bridge hands-on engineering with people leadership to build a motivated team sustaining scalable, secure workflows. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize on-prem and cloud-related processes, aiming to improve reliability and development speed. This position offers a chance to shape DevOps practices in a regulated, enterprise context and to mentor a growing team.

- Minimum 2 years as a team lead
- 1–2 years with Xcode and Swift
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Security awareness with Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Python and Bash
- Comfort working in a cross-geographic team
- Understanding of CS fundamentals (threading, OOP) and software systems concepts (networks, firewalls, databases)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible or Puppet)
- Containerization/virtualization (Docker, Podman, VMware)
