Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in On-Premises Infrastructure, API Gateway technologies, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD, and Automation . The ideal candidate will lead DevOps strategy, modernize deployment processes, manage enterprise API platforms, and support hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing On-Premises Infrastructure (Windows/Linux Servers, Virtualization, Networking, Storage).
  • Hands-on experience with API Gateway .
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift , and container orchestration.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
  • Proficiency in scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Experience with security, IAM, SSL/TLS, API security, OAuth2, JWT, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise DevOps initiatives and drive automation across development and operations teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize API Gateway infrastructure and API lifecycle management.
  • Support and modernize on-premises infrastructure while integrating cloud-native solutions.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Lead Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and container platform operations.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Mentor engineering teams and establish DevOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Semiconductor, or Enterprise environments.
  • AWS/Azure/Kubernetes certifications preferred. xhqgsiq
