As a key figure in the DevSecOps & Cloud Engineering group, you will collaborate with product owners and solution architects to enhance our Next Gen platform. You will focus on automation, security controls, and mentoring development teams. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and ensure we meet our scaling needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop reusable components for DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure • Automate security controls and operational processes • Drive measurable OKRs for performance evaluations • Mentor product teams on operational best practices • Enhance internal tooling and service availability
Requirements: • 6+ years in DevSecOps and automation roles • Strong background in cloud automation and deployment • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Familiarity with Java, Springboot, and container technologies
