Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer

In this Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer role, you guide teams to design, build, and maintain D365 CE solutions that delight customers worldwide. You’ll balance technical leadership with people development, coaching a small team and shaping project direction. You’ll engage with clients, share expertise, and mentor peers while embracing new technologies in a fast-paced setting. This position sits at the intersection of delivery and solution architecture, offering tangible impact through modern low-code platforms.

• Lead and coach a small team to deliver D365 CE solutions
• Design, build, test, and maintain modern software applications including D365 CE
• Provide technical ownership for low-code projects, including architecture, estimation, and planning
• Collaborate with customers, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues
• Balance technical decisions with user needs and business constraints
• Drive modern CI/CD practices and scalable, secure, performant implementations

• Expertise in designing and delivering D365 CE and related solutions (Sales, Marketing, Field Service)
• Technical management of teams delivering modern applications
• Ownership of low-code projects (architecture, estimation, planning, user stories)
• Experience with CI/CD techniques
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in low-code concepts and Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365
