Lead Electrical Systems Solutions Consultant

As Lead Electrical Systems Solutions Consultant for Data Centers, you shape electrical power management architectures for mission-critical facilities across global markets. You partner with sales, engineering, and customers to translate requirements into scalable, compliant designs and integration plans. This design-led role drives pre-sales engagement, technical validation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient data center environments. You will work with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise operators, shaping solutions that align with Honeywell’s portfolio and customer needs.

• Design data center electrical equipment solutions (switchgear, transformers, PDU, switchboards, remote power panels, power quality meters, busways)
• Lead the design and technical architecture of power management systems and their building management system integration
• Translate uptime, resiliency, and efficiency requirements into scalable, documented solution designs with clear integration pathways
• Engage with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise operators to understand facility types and regional design requirements
• Support pre-sales by providing technical leadership, presenting options, and validating feasibility
• Review system specs, design drawings, and integration requirements for major opportunities
• Collaborate with Strategic Sales, Offering Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, and Engineering to align architectures with portfolio goals
• Recommend optimal designs based on availability, redundancy, and energy performance across global markets
• Participate in architecture reviews, customer presentations, and industry discussions to articulate value and differentiation
• Maintain current knowledge of data center facility types, power and monitoring needs, and integration practices
• Travel to support major engagements, design reviews, and technical workshops across regions

• 7 years of electrical distribution equipment experience
• Proven ability to translate electrical and operational requirements into coherent system designs or integration plans
• Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions in pre-sales or similar environments
• Strong technical communication skills for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
