Lead Electronics Engineer - Mission-Critical Systems

Thales Belfast is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to mentor and lead the design of state-of-the-art electronic systems within a 45-strong engineering team. You will guide the full lifecycle from requirements capture to validation, optimising designs with trade-offs across sensors and platforms.

This role operates in a hybrid Belfast environment. You will lead circuit and system design, PCB layouts, and testing, while driving compliance, architectural decisions, and bid activities.
