As Lead Technical Engineer, you design, implement, and maintain our Kubernetes-based infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability and security. You provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices across cloud platforms. You will shape the platform strategy, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with product teams to align infrastructure with business goals. This role offers hands-on influence on a critical cloud platform within a global, growth‑minded organization.

- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure components
- Mentor engineers and promote collaboration and continuous learning
- Drive cloud infrastructure innovation and best practices
- Build and lead a team of Agile delivery leads, cloud engineers, and partners, ensuring SDLC standards
- Act as technical authority for Kubernetes and address security, DR, HA, and networking
- Collaborate with Product Owners and manage cloud budget optimization
- Own the Kubernetes delivery backlog and coordinate cross-functional work
- Identify process improvements and stay current with industry trends
- Communicate project status and initiatives to stakeholders
- Cloud Native experience on at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred)
- Designing and delivering production cloud solutions at scale
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- CKA/CKAD/CKS qualifications (preferable)
- Extensive Kubernetes design, implementation, and management experience
- Proficiency with cloud providers AWS, Azure, GCP
- Infrastructure as code tools experience (Terraform)
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Hands-on software development and Agile delivery experience
