Lead Finance Specialist

Managing financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Lead Finance Specialist will focus on Fixed Production Cost (FPC) management, including budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis, in a hybrid work environment with three days remote and two days onsite. Key responsibilities Oversee FP&A activities related to FPC, including budgeting, reforecasts, and actuals reporting Analyze performance against KPIs and propose action plans to support budget management and identify savings opportunities Drive process standardization and promote a Lean mindset within the team for efficient reporting and problem-solving Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline Significant finance experience, preferably in financial planning or cost management Fluent in English Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
