Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough financial investigations and define strategies • Collaborate with diverse teams on investigative processes • Analyze banking and corporate records for evidence • Prepare forensic analyses and summaries for cases • Draft essential legal documents for enforcement actions
Requirements: • CPA license and relevant degree in accounting • Minimum 8 years forensic accounting experience • Strong strategic thinking and management capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Familiarity with securities law and fraud investigation practices
