They're hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the delivery of bespoke client solutions, working at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer engagement. What you'll do

• Lead the discovery and analysis of client requirements, translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supporting their growth while driving delivery excellence
• Own the design, configuration, and implementation of client-facing solutions across multiple business domains
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure successful client outcomes

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background with experience working across complex technical environments
• Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering customer-facing technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative approach
