As Lead Developer IV, Front End, you will develop, design, and deliver quality software supporting business objectives. You will guide technical initiatives, explain requirements, shape solutions, and facilitate team success. The position also covers APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement code meeting high team standards
• Analyze requirements and map them to coding
• Drive technical design areas and API development
• Review code and provide standards-based feedback
• Facilitate Scrum activities and support team delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in ecommerce, travel, airline, or tour operations
• Strong problem-solving ability within familiar technical areas
• Ability to grasp unfamiliar concepts quickly
• Experience working with minimal supervision and peer review
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
